UPDATE: We’re back home! We arrived in Baltimore a week early (on Nov 16) to surprise our families and will be continuing our adventure there for the next few months. The blog will continue as a record of our development (and to make sure we don’t slip back into laziness). Thanks again for following!

Jenna, such tragedy in Kathmandu but Rick and I are so relieved that you both are safe. You and Chris will figure out your next steps. In the meantime, keep enjoying this unbelievable adventure, stay safe. I love reading your blog and seeing the pictures! love, Andrew’s mom
Thank you so much for thinking of us and keeping in touch. Although we were bummed about not being able to do the hike, it is trivial compared to the devastation. We are really lucky that we weren’t in Nepal when the earthquake hit. We made a quick detour to Thailand but are back on track with the original (vague) travel plans. We are missing everyone at home. Congratulations on all the excitement taking place with your son 😉 ! We are looking forward to seeing you all when we return 🙂
Hi Jenna and Chris,
When will you be home.? Your blog has been so wonderful to follow and read. I feel like I have been traveling with you. The pictures are beautiful and are so helpful in learning about the places you have been.
Thanks for the post, safe travels
Hugs,
Aunt Spanky
